Day 1

(For a longer, more strenuous hike, try Lac Amora/Ridgeview/Ruth Roberts Trail. You’ll see scenic views of the foothills and mountains to the west.)

Afternoon –

  • Head to Gordon Biersch and Brewery

    • Located 1 mile from us at the outdoor shops at Flatiron Crossing Mall
    • Enjoy traditional American cuisine and a great selection of house-brewed beer.
  • Explore Flatiron Crossing
    • Broomfield’s premier two-level shopping destination features award-winning architecture—a must-see!
    • The adjoining outdoor shops (where Gordon Biersch is located) is also the perfect place for an afternoon stroll.

Evening –

  • Spend the Evening in Historic Downtown Boulder
    • Stroll along Boulder’s popular pedestrian-mall.
    • The walkways are lined with acclaimed restaurants, sidewalk cafes, vintage book shops, and interesting boutique stores.
    • Pearl Street is also famous for its lively street performances.
    • Grab a coffee and enjoy the show.

Day 2
Morning –

  • First, Coffee
    • Before heading out, stop by Café Expressions for your favorite Starbucks beverage and breakfast sandwich.
  • Go Hiking in Boulder
    • Boulder has over 150 miles of hiking and biking trails.
    • For a family-friendly hike, head to Boy Scout Trail.
    • Wonderland Lake Trail offers an accessible path for wheelchairs.
    • For a breathtaking view of the entire Boulder area, head to the Chapman Drive and Tenderfoot Trail.
    • Up for a challenge? Thrill-seekers will love the 3-mile trail up Mount Sanitas.

Afternoon –

  • Boulder Like a Local at Boulder Farmers’ Market

  • Go on a Hillbilly Bus Tour with Banjo Billy

Evening –
